This season has started off on the right foot. Classes are full of excited dancers eager to learn. We have been covering basic fundamentals and technique of dance over the past two months. The girls and boys have done wonderful as going “back-to-basics” can sometimes feel monotonous. However, here at Danceography we do enjoy mixing things up a bit.
All of our dancers were given the opportunity to learn 3 short easy routines for our local Labor Day parade. They then were able to perform their jazz, pom and hiphop routine down Main Street in Hoisington for the annual parade. Here are a few pictures from that day:
Some of our girls were invited to dance at the Labor Day Pageant:
A few weeks later we held crazy sock week and crazy hair week! Lots of pictures were taken of these silly moments - find out more on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DanceographyStudio
We supported the Great Bend High School by taking "selfies" during class to show our #pantherpride and that we support #exploregbks:
Our competition team has been working hard preparing their pieces for the spring - we will post a blog about them soon!
