From Miss Daphne - her FINAL RECITAL

My name is Daphne Doll and I am a senior at Ellinwood High School. I have been dancing at Danceography for six years and absolutely love our studio family. This semester, I am teaching an advanced jazz and hip hop class, as well as a tap class. It has been a great learning experience to go from a student to a teacher. My students are middle school/high school age and I am very thankful to have been able to get to know and help them grow as dancers and as people. Although life as a senior in high school is busy for me, I have always dedicated my time to dance and the studio because of the amazing ladies I get to work with and because dance has been a way for me to express myself in a whole different way than anything else. At one point when my schedule began getting a little hectic and I didn’t know if I could manage it all, Miss Laura said to me, “Everything works out when you are doing what you were called to do.” Danceography has become a second home to me and I am looking forward to my last recital this spring!
