Meet our Staff


Miss Alyson Smith
Alyson is from St. John where she lives with her dog Screech. She is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with her Bachelor’s degree in business management. This is her 3rd year with Danceography and she is so excited for this season. Miss Aly says "I am excited to take on my role as leader of competition team and continuing in my role as Director. I have lots of big plans and ideas for this season so bring on the dance year with lots of coffee!"


Miss Laura Klima - Fehr

Miss Laura Klima Fehr is the studio owner of both locations at Danceography. She currently resides in Linwood, Kansas. She has been dancing since she was 2 years old. She danced for many years under 2 studios, danced throughout high school, junior college, and college. Miss Laura has been trained in tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, pom, and ballet.   She believes God create the body to DANCE!  A few of her favorite things include time with family and friends, spending time at the lake, hiking, lifting weights, Sophie Mae (her fur-child), a good steak, football games, fashion, and spending time laughing! 
She is the Kansas Shrine Bowl Director and is extremely passion about what the Shriner's Hospitals do for children. Miss Laura also coaches the Eudora High School Cheer team. 


Miss Sarah Burkhead
Sarah is a native of Claflin, KS and currently resides there with her husband Stephen and daughter Rachael. She is a graduate of Washburn University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Physiology. This will be Sarah’s 4th season here at Danceography and she could not be more excited to take on her new role as Co-Director and continue to impact people’s lives through dance and tumbling!


Miss Faith Beck
Faith Beck has danced since freshman year at Hoisington High School, where she was one of the captains for two years. She now dances on the Barton team and is in the dance theatre group. She is currently majoring in dance, but plans on moving to education in the coming years. This will be her third season with Danceography and she is so excited to work with all the students and amazing staff again!


Miss Sydney Mason
Sydney Mason is a freshman at Barton Community College and is working towards majoring in dance and business. She will then transfer to Wichita State University to continue her education. She has been dancing for 5 years now and is also a member of Barton Dance Theatre. Her favorite type of dance is ballet/pointe. She is teaching Babes in Ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, and musical theater this year. She will also help assist with pointe. Miss Sydney says "I love working at Danceography and cannot wait to share my passion for dance with my students!"

Miss Molly Sager
Molly Sager was born and raised in Great Bend. She danced from the young age of 3 all the way through her sophomore year of college at Barton. She met her husband, Cory, at Barton and they both graduated from Emporia State University. After graduating from Emporia State, life took them to the Kansas City area for several years, but they just moved back to Great Bend last fall. They have a 4-year-old daughter, Emma, and a 1-year-old son, Owen. Her daughter, Emma, has been in dance for about a year and a half now and watching dance has reignited her passion for dance. Miss Molly says, "I absolutely love the competitive dance world so when the opportunity came knocking to help with the Danceography Competition Team, I had to say yes! I appreciate how much respect means to them as it is important to my family as well. I cannot wait to jump in and become a part of the Danceography family! See you in the studio!"


Miss Chandlor Buffalo
Chandlor Buffalo is coming to you from Newton, Kansas. She was a part of NPAC company team for six years and NHS dance team for 4 years Lettering all four years! She is currently attending Barton Community College where her degree is dance. She is apart of Barton’s Dance and Cheer team. Her favorite color is pink.


Miss Allyson Kaiser
Allyson Kaiser has been dancing for the past 13 years and is a senior this year at GBHS. Her hobbies include playing golf, basketball, hanging out with friends, and dance of course. Her favorite style of dance is tap because she can be creative with the movement of her feet and make sounds she didn’t even knew existed.


Miss Sydnie Strong
Sydnie Strong is 16 years old and and is starting her junior year. She is involved in cheer, danceline, volleyball, and runs track. Her dance career consists of 13 years of studio dance and 6 of competitive dance. She is super excited for this year. She is ready to get to know everyone and have a good year.
